They are a dominant source of that engaged audiences.The down side is that many Influencers will trust a 3rd party to determine what offers will be valuable for their audience instead of handling that directly.This is changing as influencers are now starting to create products directly for their audience.These products come in the form of guides, workshops, SAAS, and/or services -- the key is to have an ecosystem where value can be delivered in multiple ways.

Those systems can then be scaled.The focus we have are on business systems -- systems of value creation and monetization.Business systems have 4 main components: Systems of Domain Authority and Influence, Systems of Sales and Marketing, Systems of Finance, and Systems of Operations.Within the Influencer Ecosystem, the one that builds Domain Authority, these are the 5 main components: Profile, Pitch, Publish, Product, and Partners.We practice the skills that increases of influence, but we need to scale the systems that generate revenue: Leads > Sales > Fulfillment

No individual or company can be successful in isolation -- we are all part of a much larger ecosystem.When you know who you are, you will be able to find amazing partners to deliver to your shared audiences.

Scale requires solid engineering. Systems focused on clear events and able to talk to many systems.Accessibility changes as times change. We are now entering the age of LLMs and chatbots -- the value your business provide should be accessible in those mediums as well as the web.
